Thanks to the Bereginya Charitable Foundation and caring Tubers, Arina completed a rehabilitation course at the Healthy Childhood Medical Center (Yekaterinburg). This was her second rehabilitation session at the center, which allowed the specialists to quickly identify the goals and objectives of the course, taking into account Arina's individual developmental needs.
The program included various types of massage (general and orofacial regulation), kinesiotherapy (with elements of Bobath therapy, the Feldenkrais method, and PNF therapy), mechanotherapy (hip trainer, Corvit), hydrotherapy, hirudotherapy, sensorimotor and contact sensory integration classes, classes at the health center, as well as consultations with a neurologist, pediatrician, orthopedist, ophthalmologist, osteopath, and behavioral therapist.
Of particular importance were sensorimotor integration sessions, which allowed Arina to explore the world through her senses, and kinesiotherapy, which was conducted through play and promoted understanding and awareness of her body.
As a result of the course, Arina's coordination and balance improved, she gained greater support on her hands, and she began to sit and stand up independently more often. Chewing improved, stereotypical hand movements decreased, and communication improved (clearly saying "no"). This rehabilitation course was an important step in Arina's development and opened up new opportunities for her socialization and motor skill development. Thank you!
Слава богу за всё
Пусть Аллах поможет Арине🤲🙏
