Little Mariam is only 10 months old. She is the long-awaited third child in the family. Immediately after birth, the girl was diagnosed with a complex heart defect: pulmonary atresia type 1, abnormal origin of the aorta and pulmonary artery from the right ventricle, and atrial septal defect. Mariam spent the first 18 days of her life in intensive care, then she was urgently transferred to the Bakulev National Medical Research Center. Thanks to the help of benefactors and relatives, the first operation was carried out, but now another vital intervention is required, otherwise the heart will not cope. The parents are struggling, but they cannot stand alone: ​​the family is from Tajikistan - medicine is paid for them. The father supports the family alone, working at a construction site.
