Amira was born completely healthy and developed without any pathologies for up to two months. However, she suffered meningitis at the age of two months, and since then we have been fighting the consequences of this disease for six years. Thanks to rehabilitation and leg surgeries, Amira has learned to stand, sit with support, crawl on her stomach and speak 10-15 words. Her intelligence is preserved, and doctors and rehabilitologists are confident that a full recovery is possible with diligent studies. Nevertheless, Amira needs regular rehabilitation courses to achieve this result. Unfortunately, the family does not have the financial means to pay for these classes.
