Misha is a smiling guy who loves to travel, communicate and create. Although he cannot walk or talk, and his arms and body do not obey him. For many years, Misha has lived in a psychoneurological boarding house, where he is supported every day by the staff of Perspektivy.
So that people with severe disabilities are not left alone, feel warmth and care, they are accompanied by social curators. Today, there are 120 people under our care.
“Misha has a strong creative streak,” says curator Polina. “He sings in his own special way, plays in the theater, but most of all he loves the Perspektivy art studio – he can spend hours on end there. He has his own artistic language, and his works are like sound: they freely “flow” in space.
I try to maintain his rhythm, help him develop, and also create comfortable living conditions, as much as possible in a boarding house. I make sure that he has basic personal items: a jacket for walks, shampoo. This is important for any person."
A social curator is a friend who will listen, come to the rescue, accompany to classes, show the world outside the walls of the boarding house. The funds raised will go to pay for the work of these important specialists. Thank you for supporting us!
