Since birth, Zabir has not known what life without pain is like. Constant fever, inflamed nodules all over his body, fingers swollen so that you can't clench your hand into a fist. Doctors did not understand what was wrong with him for a long time, they treated him with antibiotics and hormones - but this only briefly dampened the disease.
Only in the Rogachev Center in Moscow was the boy given a precise diagnosis: congenital immunodeficiency. His body is almost unprotected from infections - any cold can become life-threatening. Zabir needs expensive medicines that will prevent the disease from taking over again. But the cost is prohibitive for the family.
Despite the pain, Zabir goes to school and tries to get straight A's, even if he misses classes because of hospitalizations. He paints - bright, bold pictures, where there is no place for illness. And dreams that one day he will be strong enough to serve in the Special Forces. But without therapy, his condition worsens.
Dear tubers, please help us raise funds for drugs and their delivery for Zabir and another ward with a similar immune breakdown - Timofey. Replacement therapy is their chance for a future in which they can live a full life.
