Vanya completed a course of classes with a specialist in a communication group!

Vanya likes cars and trains, hanging out with his friend Ksyusha at school, and going to the bakery for treats. This year Vanya learned to ride a big bike without a frame, grew taller and older. For the first time, he stayed with his grandmother for a few days without his mother — and he liked it. Vanya goes to a remedial class, and at the Yom-Yom center he attends a communication and game group and individual lessons with a specialist. Here he learns to better understand his boundaries and the boundaries of other people, to distinguish what can be done and what cannot. Even during difficult and unpleasant losses in board games, he learns to react neutrally, more restrained. Vanya can show more empathy and tries very hard in class: it is easier to agree on a turn or compromise with him. Vanya does not have serious medical diagnoses, but he faces certain difficulties in communicating with both children and adults. But the ability to interact with others is the most important component of our life in society. In order for Vanya to have the opportunity to move forward, cope with the school curriculum, grow up and find new friends, he needs classes at the Yom-Yom center. Unfortunately, there is not enough money to pay for the work of specialists. Support the organization and help raise the necessary amount for Vanya and other wards of the center.
