Denis and the other children in our care now have the most important thing they need to cope with their complex treatment—the support of a loving adult. For 8-year-old Denis from the Nizhny Novgorod region, who is nonverbal but desperately needs affection, his nanny has become a close and reliable person. She was by his side during orthopedic surgery at the Central Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics (CITO), which helped him stand more firmly on his feet, and will now accompany him during his important rehabilitation. Your help is more than just medical care. It brings trust, peace of mind, and support to a child without a family. This support gives Denis the strength to fight for the opportunity to ride a scooter and enjoy life like other boys.
