Artur is 7 years old. At the age of 1 year and 3 months, the boy had pneumonia, after which his parents began to notice a regression in their son's development. Artur forgot everything he knew and could do, stopped speaking, and became withdrawn. Specialists diagnosed him with delayed psycho-speech development and behavioral disorder.
The rehabilitation course for the child included specialized sessions and hardware-based procedures. Artur worked daily with ABA therapy specialists, adaptive sports instructors, sensory integration therapists, a speech therapist-defectologist, and also underwent sessions of hyperbaric oxygen therapy!
By the end of the sessions, the boy began to participate more actively in the exercises and games offered by the teachers. Artur especially succeeded in matching identical and non-identical pictures and sorting them into different categories. The child's psycho-emotional state also improved; he became calmer, more patient, and more attentive.
Work was also done on developing Artur's physical and sensory skills, his sense of his own body in space, and his adaptation to new environments. The boy began to get used to classes in new rooms more quickly, mastered exercises with sports equipment, and learned to participate while standing on a balance board.
Thank you for your help! Thanks to each of you, Artur completed the course and learned new skills!
