This reinforcement is necessary for the construction of the 4th floor of a specialized center for children with mental disabilities. In the day center, children will be taught by specialists: speech pathologists, psychologists, speech therapists, etc. Thanks to regular classes and being in society, it will be easier for children to socialize.
