Kawsarat is almost 6 years old and has autism! From an early age, at 1.5 years old, her parents noticed that she was lagging behind her peers in development. Her lack of understanding and speech became a cause for concern. In search of help, they embarked on a long journey of treatment and rehabilitation.
Kawsarat's behavior can vary in public settings, sometimes reacting calmly to her surroundings, while at other times, feeling uncomfortable in large crowds, she may become agitated and start shouting. She prefers solitude and doesn't pay much attention to other children. She enjoys active games like tag and hide-and-seek. She loves water, hiking, and riding roller coasters, and her eyes light up with happiness during these activities. However, she finds it challenging to sit still, and she doesn't show much interest in places like cinemas or kindergartens.
Despite these challenges, Kavsarath is making significant progress. She can complete puzzles with some assistance, count up to 10, and dress herself with help. But the girl can't eat or drink on her own yet.
