Kaipbek is 6 years old. He developed within the normal range for up to 1 year. When the boy turned 1.5 years old his parents noticed that their son began to lose his skills: he stopped saying words, did not look into his eyes and did not show a pointing gesture. After many examinations and consultations with specialists, at the age of 2 he was diagnosed with mental retardation. Since then, he has been attending classes such as ABA therapy, speech therapist, and psychologist, and there has been a positive trend. At the moment, the boy has been diagnosed with OCD with general speech underdevelopment (ONP-1). To avoid developmental setbacks, Kaipbek needs regular rehabilitation courses.
