Nuriyat has autism and delayed psycho-speech development. The girl does not play with other children and cannot establish contact with those around her. In places with large crowds, she feels uncomfortable and becomes fussy, trying to leave as quickly as possible.
As part of her rehabilitation course, Nuriyat worked daily with specialists in ABA therapy, sensory integration, adaptive physical education, and with a speech therapist-defectologist. Thanks to these sessions, the girl learned new skills, learned to wait, and became much calmer and more disciplined.
The specialists worked both on Nuriyat's behavioral skills and her socialization. The girl developed stable eye contact and formed a pointing gesture. Now it is easier for her to indicate the desired object. Nuriyat also learned to play paired and board games, and she became better and more willing to interact with others.
A major achievement for the girl was the development of adaptation skills! By the end of the course, Nuriyat was already getting used to new, unfamiliar environments quite quickly. Her vestibular system also improved, and now she calmly rides different types of swings!
Thanks to your help, Nuriyat completed her rehabilitation course! Thank you!
