Salim has successfully completed an intensive course of classes!

Salim has autism spectrum disorder and intellectual disability. By the age of 2, the boy did not respond to his name, was not interested in toys, and did not speak. This rehabilitation course for Salim included a set of sessions with teachers in ABA therapy, sensory integration, and adaptive physical education. Thanks to intensive sessions with specialized professionals, the child acquired new skills, and his behavior and emotional state improved! During ABA therapy sessions, a new (second) stage of the alternative communication system using special PECs cards was introduced for Salim. Now it has become easier for the boy to communicate his needs to adults! Salim also learned to work by example and began to develop the ability to establish associative connections. With the sensory integration specialist and the adaptive sports coach, Salim worked on developing his sense of balance and equilibrium. The boy's coordination improved, and it became easier for him to follow instructions while standing on a balance beam or swinging on a swing. Thank you very much for your support!
