Shamil has successfully completed an intensive rehabilitation course!

Shamil has an autism spectrum disorder and a delay in psychosomatic development. By the age of two, his parents noticed that he was lagging behind his peers in development. Now that Shamil is four years old, he enjoys toys that can be taken apart and put back together, and he spends a lot of time playing in the sandbox. However, he does not speak and rarely interacts with other children. Shamil dislikes dressing up and is afraid of large crowds. Thanks to the intensive training course in Astrakhan, the boy has gained partial understanding of spoken language and has started to form eye contact. In order for Shamil to continue progressing and achieving new successes, he needs to undergo an intensive rehabilitation course that includes sessions with a behavioral analyst, a speech therapist, and specialists in adaptive physical education and sensory integration.
