Dias continues his chemotherapy.

Dias Kasymov has been diagnosed with multifocal multisystem Langerhans cell histiocytosis (Letterer–Siwe disease) — a rare malignant disorder that affects multiple organ systems. The disease first manifested at the age of 4 months. A confirmed diagnosis was made at 1 year and 8 months in Almaty. The initial treatment course, which included 6 cycles of chemotherapy, did not produce a positive outcome. The child is currently undergoing treatment at Acibadem Maslak Clinic (Istanbul, Turkey). After 4 of the 6 planned chemotherapy cycles, the first positive signs of improvement have been observed. Doctors estimate that continued therapy will be required for 6 to 18 months, including both chemotherapy and targeted therapy.
