Since 2017, the charity organization "He Needs You" has been helping orphaned children with special health needs from remote regions to receive treatment in federal centers. The foundation brings children who need surgeries or long-term rehabilitation to clinics in the capital, and organizes consultations and examinations. Sometimes, children need to stay somewhere for a few days to avoid returning to their home region. Or, after an operation, a child needs to be left near the clinic for a while so that doctors can monitor their condition. To do this, the Foundation rents an apartment in St. Petersburg.
