Today we need help for our ward Vadim. We have been helping the family and the boy for a long time. Vadim has been sick with cancer for about three years, and these years of fighting the disease seem like an eternity. Vadim came across a brain tumor at a very bad time. It seemed that here he is - the future first-grader, mother's joy and a real brainiac. Everything went according to plan, the boy entered the first grade gymnasium and happily prepared for the day of knowledge. But almost before the holiday, Vadim's parents were shocked by the news of their beloved son's serious illness, he had brain cancer. Then it seemed that the world has ceased to exist.
We have come a long way and Vadim is still undergoing treatment and we certainly believe that he will recover. He is an inquisitive and smiling boy, does not lose heart and continues to live as usual, playing chess and robotics, which he is now studying privately, but he has had to move away from robotics. And how could he do without Lego constructors? Vadim has loved them since he was a little boy. Sports also play an important role in the boy's life: before his illness, Vadim was a very active child, playing soccer, tennis and badminton. Now he dreams to recover and continue his favorite activities! In the meantime - the yard and playing with the neighbor kids.
Vadik often goes to federal oncology centers, consults with the best specialists, goes for examinations. The foundation systematically supports the family and helps pay for his frequent trips and the vitally important doctor visits. Recently Vadim has returned from one of his trips: the boy had a consultation with an oncologist, a neuropsychologist, a speech therapist and underwent electroneuromyography.
