Umka's children with disabilities always have complex, incurable illnesses. To feel better and manage severe exacerbations, the children require antiepileptic and anti-asthmatic medications, etc. Some medications are covered by compulsory insurance, but unfortunately, they aren't always suitable. Only expensive foreign medications recommended by doctors can help, but they can't be provided free of charge.
