Mira was born into a large family facing hardships, where all her brothers and sisters were already in a children's home. Mira herself ended up there as a newborn, being premature and severely delayed in development: by one year old, she had learned to sit, but she didn't crawl or walk.
At one and a half years old, the girl was taken into guardianship, but after six months, the family gave her up—it turned out to be too difficult. At 2 years old, Mira ended up in a second foster family: she couldn't stand on her own, was afraid to walk due to a leg fracture, and had general body tremors. Emotionally, she seemed like a "frozen doll": uninterested in the world, she sat for hours with a rag, repeating no sounds except crying. Deafness or autism was suspected, but the diagnoses weren't confirmed; instead, she was assigned a disability due to cerebral palsy.
Step by step, thanks to the care of loving parents and daily sessions, Mira began to blossom: she stopped fearing people and started playing with toys. At 4 years old, she spoke her first words and went to kindergarten, where she made friends. Now she's 5 years old—she says simple words and builds phrases, and this is a huge achievement!
