Hamzat is a 4—year-old boy who was born at 38 weeks . He had a big head and a small body, and the umbilical cord was wrapped twice. Since birth, Hamzat has been restless. He started walking at 9 months old and showed mental abilities, but after a year his behavior changed a lot. Khamzat began to constantly jump, vocalize, show stereotypical movements and experience frequent tantrums, which led to sleepless nights.
