The baby was resuscitated for a long time and the doctors managed to save his life, but the baby's brain was left without oxygen for too long, so now the baby is recovering from asphyxiation and apparent death.
His legs are paralysed and he has a developmental delay. Little by little Roma is making progress, passing rehabilitation courses. Every course has given him new skills and abilities. He may be late, but he is developing physically and intellectually.
Parents tried to cope with the costs of treatment by themselves. First they spent their savings, then they sold their property and after that they took out loans. Now the family is in a critical situation. It will take a long time to restore the health of their only son and his financial possibilities have been exhausted.
