Muhammad is six years old. Doctors diagnosed him with cerebral palsy (CP) with spastic tetraparesis and delayed psychomotor development. From the age of three months, it was clear that his development differed significantly from that of his peers. The family repeatedly sought medical help: five hospitalizations in Makhachkala, two in the infant department, and then began the battle for his health.
When he was ten months old, the boy and his mother went to Astrakhan for rehabilitation. But a real breakthrough occurred in 2021, when his mother decided to travel with Muhammad to Chelyabinsk. There, new stages of his recovery began. Nine rehabilitation courses yielded excellent results: the boy learned to speak, crawl on all fours, stand with support, and drink from a glass independently. Specialists note a significant improvement in muscle tone in his legs and consider the progress achieved very encouraging. However, specialists emphasize the need to continue regular sessions and therapy, as the effectiveness of treatment is directly related to the frequency of sessions.
Despite noticeable improvements, much work remains ahead, and finances are becoming a serious obstacle. Muhammad's parents need support to provide their son with the necessary care. They are asking all concerned to support their efforts to complete the rehabilitation course, which is vital for the boy's further progress.
Let's help Muhammad take the next big step forward and give him a chance at a full life!
