Vitya has a complex pathology that manifests itself in the overgrowth of the inner nostrils, in exophthalmos and premature fusion of the sagittal suture of the skull. Surgical intervention is necessary - installation of a biodegradable plate. Viti has Crouzon syndrome. This is an overgrowth of the inner nostrils: such that the baby could not breathe on his own, only on a ventilator. Then he will have a tracheostomy, and he will start breathing through it. And also exophthalmos: bulging eyes due to small sockets that "pop out from behind the eyelids," so that mom has to glue them during sleep, because Vitya himself cannot close them. And there is also a prematurely fused sagittal suture on the skull (and by the age of one, all the other sutures have fused together!), so the growing brain presses on the bones, thinning them, and the skull, in turn, puts pressure on the brain, preventing the baby from developing. You can fix this by performing an operation, during which surgeons will reposition the bones of the skull and fix them in a new position using a bioplast, freeing up space for the brain. It will also get better with the eyes. After the operation, Vitya will be able to develop in age. Grow up and one day become an assistant to his father (who works as a veterinarian in the village) in their large farm – cows, pigs, sheep, chickens – and a protector to his sisters, who now adore playing with the baby. We will help to pay for a special plate for the family, which is not provided under compulsory medical insurance, in order to have reconstructive surgery on Vitya's head.
