Thanks to your response, our babysitters were with Sarina. Not one, but several women who replaced each other, who became a single whole for Zarina — a reliable adult. They didn't just follow the procedures and feeding. They taught her to trust: at first they were just there for her, then they took her in their arms, and a few days later Sarina herself reached out to the nurse when she entered the ward.
