Alzhanat is 4 years old, and she has a twin sister. From an early age, her parents noticed that she did not respond to her name. Experts diagnosed her with delayed psychomotor development, internal hypertension, and flat-valgus feet. Alzhanat does not follow instructions and does not understand spoken language, and she may become aggressive if her toys are taken away or her wishes are not fulfilled. She speaks individual words but struggles to form simple sentences. The girl does not have toilet training, does not hold a spoon well, and needs help during meals.
