Fourteen-year-old Umar lives with cerebral palsy, poor vision, and requires breathing and nutritional support. His adoptive mother gave him a family and care, but she can't afford regular rehabilitation. Umar needs a course of physical therapy and massage therapy to strengthen his muscles, maintain joint mobility, and improve his health.
