Every one of us at least once a day meets a homeless animal on the street. And in fact, even more often.
We go to work, go to the store, or go for a walk - cats and kittens, puppies and cubs are staring at us from all sides. It is clearly not easy for them to live. You walk by, and a nagging feeling lingers on your soul. Why can't we just take this problem and solve it once and for all?
Yes, there are a thousand reasons why these animals might die. But what will be their fate if they do survive? What will happen to them next? That's a question everyone can ask themselves and find their own personal answer to.
Our fundraiser - to pay for the surgery and treatment of the most ordinary kittens, who were fished out of the basement of an ordinary apartment building by a caring woman and her daughter. The kittens needed urgent help, because then their lives depended on that woman named Jeanne, and then on the doctors and volunteers.
The kittens had a serious infection, and there was a question of removing their eyes. But the girls turned out to be very strong. They managed to save one eye each, but the other, alas, had to be removed.
Now they need help in rehabilitation, and it is very important for us to pay our debts to the veterinary clinic, so that in the future we can help animals who, like these kittens, may need urgent care.
