Rauf is 10 years old and has cerebral palsy. He doesn't walk or talk, but he understands people very well. Thanks to his mother's efforts, Rauf learned to stand with support. To maintain this progress, Rauf requires regular rehabilitation. His mother is raising him alone. She is a full-time caregiver, doesn't work, and can't afford the rehabilitation.
