Rabiya turned 7 years old. She was born by caesarean section, having a low body weight and signs of hypoxia. Already at the age of four months, the neurologist noticed a lag in the child's physical development: the girl could not hold her head, could not turn over on her own. At the age of one year, she was diagnosed with infantile cerebral palsy (cerebral palsy) of atonic-astatic form and delayed psycho-speech development (PDRD).
For seven years, the girl has been receiving continuous medical care and undergoing treatment. Initially, the therapy was carried out in specialized medical institutions of the republic and private clinics, later the family was forced to seek support from foreign clinics. Despite numerous attempts to restore her daughter's health, the situation remains difficult: Rabie is still unable to walk and speak, and her development lags significantly behind her peers.
Nevertheless, certain successes have been achieved: the girl learned to crawl only at the age of three and a half, mastered standing with outside support after a course of intensive rehabilitation. The child underwent four eye surgeries for cataract removal.
However, the financial situation of the family is difficult, which makes it difficult to pay for such an expensive course.
