Safe Bathroom Renovation for Elderly Residents of the Rzhev Care Home

This is not the first time we are supporting the Rzhev care home for elderly people and people with disabilities. This time, we need help to make the bathroom on the fifth floor safe and comfortable for elderly residents. The bathroom has been in use for many years. Constant moisture has caused the ceiling to deteriorate, and metal structures have become rusty. Most importantly, the bathtub and shower are no longer safe. Many residents use wheelchairs or walkers. For them, it is difficult and dangerous to: step up into a high shower stall, get out of the bathtub without support, keep their balance on slippery floors. Each visit to the bathroom carries a real risk of falls and injuries. We want to replace the old bathtub and shower with modern, safe, and accessible solutions designed for elderly people and people with disabilities. Every contribution helps ensure that elderly residents can take care of themselves without fear, pain, or risk.
