Vera is an orphan from the Saratov region. She has a complex medical condition that limits her mobility to a wheelchair, and she does not speak, but she is very responsive to treatment and developmental activities. The Foundation has brought Vera to St. Petersburg for surgeries and rehabilitation several times. Miroslava is also an orphan. She came to St. Petersburg from the Ulyanovsk region. A year and a half ago, Miroslava underwent a unique spinal surgery, and she now requires regular multi-stage examinations. Thanks to your help, the children and their nannies were staying in a specially rented apartment while they were waiting to be admitted to various medical facilities. Without the ability to accommodate the children during this period, we would not have been able to bring them for treatment and examinations.
