Gadzhi is five years old. He suffers from a psychoverbal developmental delay (PSD) and metabolic disorders, which negatively impact his overall well-being and progression.
At the age of eighteen months, his behavior changed dramatically: he lost eye contact, became anxious, and became weak. He lost interest in playing, stopped responding to his own name, and lost most of his acquired skills. His parents immediately consulted specialists, and he was diagnosed with PSD.
Over the years, the family has undergone numerous stages of diagnosis and treatment: numerous examinations (including ultrasounds, blood tests, and genetic testing) and consultations with various specialists. It was only at the age of four, after intensive therapy began, that the first positive changes were seen: the boy began to pronounce individual words, although he does not yet use them consciously or address others. His ability to understand speech is still limited, and his self-care skills remain poorly developed.
Today, Gadzhi is in dire need of a comprehensive rehabilitation program aimed at furthering his development. However, the cost of such treatment is high, and it's difficult for parents to bear the financial burden alone.
Let's do a good deed together and give Gadzhi a chance at a fulfilling future by completing the necessary rehabilitation courses!
