Muhammad has Down syndrome, cerebral palsy, and a delay in psychomotor development. Each new skill he acquires requires considerable effort and regular rehabilitation. To progress, he requires regular sessions with a speech therapist, Bobath and Vojta therapy courses, exercise therapy, massage, bioenergetic massage, and psychological counseling. Only systematic work helps him strengthen his muscles, develop his speech, and develop independence. Muhammad is the youngest of five children.
