The Life Without Tears Foundation is building a specialized day center for children and adolescents with mental disabilities. The Foundation already trains 300 pupils on a regular basis, and the area of the existing day center no longer allows for admission. Children have been queuing for years and wasting precious time, and parents are worried about their future.
