A boy named Akram needs dental treatment. Without the necessary assistance, his condition could worsen, leading to complications and more expensive treatment in the future. Akram grows up in a large family of four children. His mother is raising them alone. The family's only income comes from government benefits, which barely cover basic needs: food, clothing, and utilities. Unfortunately, the family is unable to afford dental treatment.
