Fundraising for Group Sessions with a Psychologist for Children with Experience of Orphanhood

Children from foster families often carry experiences that are not usually spoken about aloud. Experiences of loss, instability, and mistrust of the world. They can find it difficult to explain what is happening inside them, and even harder to cope with it on their own. The "Find a Family" Foundation conducts group sessions with a psychologist for these children. It is a space where a child can see other children with similar stories and understand that they are not alone. Together with a sensitive adult, participants learn to recognize their emotions, trust others, and build relationships without fear and aggression. Gradually, they gain self-awareness and the ability to negotiate with others, and through this, a sense of inner strength and calm. For these meetings to continue, we need your support.
