Abubakr is about to turn five years old. The boy was born prematurely, at the 31st week of pregnancy, weighing only 1,600 grams. From the first days of his life, he spent in hospitals, in intensive care. Since the age of eight months, there have been suspicions of developmental delays, and the struggle for the child's health has begun. First, rehabilitation measures were carried out in Makhachkala, then in Moscow. In a short period of time, Abubakr managed to complete more than thirty rehabilitation courses. The final diagnosis — cerebral palsy, a form of diplegia — was established at the age of one year.
Thanks to intensive training, the boy has learned to crawl and walk confidently, holding on to a support or helping himself with his hands, but he cannot yet sit himself. Now Abubakr needs another rehabilitation course, which the family is unable to pay for due to the difficult financial situation.
Let's support Abubakr together and give him a chance to develop further!
