Artyom is the fourth child in the family, a long-awaited boy after three sisters. He was diagnosed with spina bifida at 34 weeks of pregnancy, and on the ninth day of life, he underwent surgery, after which he lost the use of his legs. From that moment on, a long journey of treatment and rehabilitation began.
Artyom is now 9 years old. He is homeschooled, participates in competitions, and enjoys drawing, reading, and spending time with his sisters. His favorite activity is walking in his active wheelchair. He feels free and independent when moving. For him, a wheelchair isn't just a means of transportation, but an opportunity to learn, communicate, and develop.
Artyom is growing, and his current wheelchair is too small. A new one was chosen based on his needs, but it is expensive. The state certificate only covers part of the cost, and a large family, where most of the money goes toward treatment, cannot afford the additional cost.
Join the fundraiser and together we'll help Artyom move forward, learn, dream, and feel free.
