Nazir is a disabled child with a severe congenital disorder of the urinary system. He suffers from a rare congenital anomaly, bladder exstrophy. This condition is characterized by malformations of the bladder, urethra, and external genitalia and requires multi-stage surgical treatment. Since early childhood, Nazir has undergone several complex surgeries, including bladder reconstruction and urethral plastic surgery. However, the condition continues to cause serious complications. According to medical reports, the function of one of his kidneys has already significantly decreased, creating a risk of further deterioration and the development of renal failure. Therefore, doctors have recommended the next stage of a complex reconstructive surgery. High-tech surgical treatment is planned, including reconstruction of the urinary system, stoma correction, reconstruction of the anterior abdominal wall, and the formation of a neophallus. The surgery is scheduled under the supervision of surgeon Nikola Stanojević, a specialist with over 20 years of experience in reconstructive urogenital surgery. Nazir's family is in dire financial straits. The children's father died in 2018, leaving his mother to raise two sons alone. The family lives in rented accommodation and is unable to afford the expensive treatment. The surgery is vital, as without treatment, the child's condition could continue to deteriorate.
