The boy has developed a pointing gesture and a request for help, and he has started hugging people he knows and loves. However, despite these progress, he is still behind in terms of development. Muhammad does not engage with people, does not eat on his own, does not use the potty, and has difficulty falling asleep. To help Muhammad learn new skills, he needs to undergo an intensive course with specialized professionals.
