Olga underwent 6 courses of chemotherapy with a diagnosis of acute lymphoblastic leukemia, and she also suffered from meningitis and sepsis. Before her illness, she had a happy and fulfilling life, including cycling marathons, a loving husband, and plans for the future. However, the disease struck her unexpectedly, starting with constant fatigue. Within a month, her life was turned upside down by severe pain, enlarged lymph nodes, and pleuritis. Chemotherapy was incredibly difficult: Olga suffered from meningitis, after which she had to relearn how to walk, sepsis with a fever of 40 degrees, and numbness in her arms and legs. However, this therapy proved effective. Olga has now achieved temporary remission, during which she must undergo a bone marrow transplant to fully overcome the disease. "I didn't give up then, and I won't give up now," says Olga. However, she needs support during the final stages of her treatment, as the preparation for the transplant is costly.
Let's help Olga wait for the coveted procedure and defeat her blood cancer!
