Dzhavat is 11 years old. By the age of two, his parents began to notice significant developmental delays, and by the time he was three, he was diagnosed with ASD (autism spectrum disorder) and delayed speech and language development (PSDD). Dzhavat underwent rehabilitation, remedial classes, and medication. At age seven, atypical autism and intellectual disability were added to his diagnoses. The family is constantly seeking treatment options and travels to other regions for rehabilitation courses. There is positive progress: after the sessions, Dzhavat's awareness and understanding improve, but progress is slow. He is now 11 years old. He is partially adapted to everyday life, but he is unable to interact with his peers and does not speak. Dzhavat currently requires another rehabilitation course. His mother is raising him alone and cannot afford the treatment. The child's father is divorced and is largely absent from his life.
