Fakir is 4 years old. His mother noticed the first signs of developmental delay when he was 2 years old. Fakir has been diagnosed with delayed psychoverbal development (ZPRR). Currently, the child exhibits the following difficulties: no spoken language, does not understand speech directed at him; does not speak; does not point; does not make eye contact; is picky about food; and does not respond to his name.
