Zahra has a developmental delay with behavioral disorder and requires a comprehensive rehabilitation course

Zahra is 5 years old. At 3 months old, her parents noticed that she was not making eye contact. As she approached her first birthday, her anxiety intensified: she showed no interest in anything, and her eye contact problem persisted. At 1 year and 10 months old, the family consulted a private neurologist, who diagnosed her with mental retardation (MSD). The next four years were spent in ongoing treatment with various specialists, but unfortunately, no significant improvements were observed. A breakthrough only occurred at age 5, after she visited the Doktrina Clinic in St. Petersburg. It was there that the first long-awaited results were achieved: eye contact was established, speech comprehension improved, and Zahra began to pronounce individual words and follow simple instructions. Zahra currently has the following diagnoses: mental retardation (MSD), unspecified encephalopathy, ADHD (attention deficit hyperactivity disorder), and other related mental disorders. To further develop and consolidate her positive progress, Zahra needs another rehabilitation course.
