Emilia was born at 26 weeks, weighing just 470 grams. She spent five months in intensive care, where doctors fought for her life.
The girl has serious diagnoses: stage 4 cerebral palsy, mixed tetraparesis, motor developmental delay, congenital heart defect, partial optic atrophy, cicatricial retinopathy of prematurity in both eyes, strabismus, and severe chronic protein deficiency.
Emilia is now three years old. She learned to sit and stand with support—a tremendous amount of work and a great victory! However, after suffering from whooping cough, there was a setback: the girl stopped talking. Emilia's mother is raising her alone, and it is very difficult for her to afford expensive rehabilitation. She now requires a course of treatment, including physical therapy, massage, and sessions with a speech therapist. This course will help Emilia consolidate her achievements and master new skills.
Let's support Emilia and her mother together! Your help will give her a chance to further develop.
