When an orphaned child is in the hospital, there is no mother or father by their side. Treatment, surgeries, examinations, and unfamiliar surroundings can be a great challenge for a child. While medical staff takes care of the children's health, they may not be available at all times.
The "He Needs You" Foundation's nannies are present with the children around the clock. They provide care, assistance after procedures, feeding, reading, playing, talking, and support during the most anxious moments. This attention and care help children feel calmer and more comfortable during their treatment.
In May, assistance is planned for 33 orphaned children who will be treated in hospitals with the foundation's nannies. Children come to Moscow and St. Petersburg from different regions of the country: Leningrad Region, Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky, Sverdlovsk and Irkutsk regions, Khabarovsk Territory and other regions of the country.
