Children with disabilities requiring medical nutrition

Some of the children with disabilities in our care have special nutritional needs because they cannot obtain the necessary nutrients, trace elements, and vitamins from regular food in sufficient quantities. To address these deficiencies, doctors prescribe nutritional formulas; for many, these formulas are as essential as medication. Some of our caregivers require only a specific type of nutrition. These children are often underweight and have food intolerances. Children require medical nutrition on a regular basis, so we always try to help their families.
