Amin is 9 years old. He and his twin brother, Amir, are developmentally delayed. Amin has been diagnosed with a psychoverbal development disorder (GSD, level 1) (general speech underdevelopment), accompanied by behavioral disorder. Up until one year old, the boys developed normally, but at one year and three months, they had not spoken a single word. Their parents consulted a neurologist, and since then, both children have been receiving medication from various specialists, periodically attending classes and massage. However, they are unable to afford regular therapy. They can pronounce individual words and some phrases, but they lack coherent speech and sentences. They need continued therapy to further develop.
