Isa has autism and needs rehabilitation.

Isa is 10 years old. Until he was two, he developed according to his age, but after that, his parents began to notice alarming signs: he stopped responding to his name, stopped pointing, and stopped speaking. After seeing a neurologist at age three, he was diagnosed with speech delay. However, at age seven, while in a psychiatric hospital, the diagnosis was changed to atypical autism. Isa now regularly undergoes rehabilitation. Thanks to intensive therapy, he has made significant progress: he has begun speaking in sentences, although dysarthria persists—Isa confuses and mispronounces some letters. He has learned to feed himself and has made brief, but still manageable, eye contact. However, he remains picky about food. Unfortunately, with age, Isa's so-called stimuli have intensified: he spins, twirls his fingers in front of his eyes, vocalizes, uses delayed echolalia, and can laugh for no apparent reason. Isa's mother is doing everything possible to help her son recover, successfully integrate into adult life, and learn independence. However, she lacks the resources to do so.
