Since 2018, the "Beautiful Faraway" charity foundation has been supporting lonely, low-income grandparents. Many of them are unable to cook for themselves due to age, poor health, or disabilities, and their meager income barely covers the bare necessities of life, like medication and rent. We provide them with hot meals daily – home delivery for those with limited mobility or bedridden, and also serve them in three social canteens. For hundreds of elderly people, this is the only way to eat properly and feel cared for. Five cooks work from early morning every day in our factory kitchen and three social canteens. They cook hearty soups, fry cutlets, and bake homemade pies – bringing genuine care to every serving. We are currently raising funds to cover the salaries of these specialists. If our team of cooks is unable to continue operating, the canteens will close, and meals will no longer be available to those who so eagerly await them. Join our fundraiser.
